Arrangements

Every pianist has a list of recognisable and well-known pieces that they aspire to play.

I have students of all ages and abilities request to learn pieces (sometimes at their current learning level, sometimes overly ambitious for their ability!) 

​

Over the years I've had the pleasure of arranging lots of film (including Disney) and TV themes, as well as popular songs from the last six decades.

 

I always aim to maintain the original feel of the song, but make the piano arrangement appropriate for the different stages of learning. 

​

I also endeavour to make the arrangements as pianistic as possible by creating left-hand patterns that flow from the fingers.
